- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 24 ounces picante sauce
- 15 ounces tomatoes canned
- 2 green pepper chopped coarse
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 cups zucchini unskinned and cubed
Directions

1Brown sausage in Dutch oven in oil and garlic.

2Add salsa, tomatoes and pepper.

3Simmer 15 minutes and add remaining ingredients to boil, shut off heat and let stand 20 minutes.
