  • 2 pounds italian sausage cut in chunks
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 24 ounces picante sauce
  • 15 ounces tomatoes canned
  • 2 green pepper chopped coarse
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 cups zucchini unskinned and cubed

Directions

    Brown sausage in Dutch oven in oil and garlic.

    Add salsa, tomatoes and pepper.

    Simmer 15 minutes and add remaining ingredients to boil, shut off heat and let stand 20 minutes.
