  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. milk

    Cream butter, vegetable oil and sugar; add eggs. Mix well. Add flour, milk and vanilla. Mix well and put 4 tablespoons batter into each greased 9-inch pan. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes at 325°.
