- 1 small head or 1/2 large head lettuce
- 1 pkg. frozen green peas
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 8 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices crumbled fried bacon
Directions

1Make 24 hours before serving.

2Use large casserole or large glass pan.

3Shred or tear lettuce into dish, approximately 1/3 full.

4Layer on top of the following (do not stir): green peas, green pepper, celery, red onion.

5Frost entire top with the following mixture:

6mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Right before serving, sprinkle with bacon.
