  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 box pineapple instant pudding mix
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix well the cake mix, pudding mix, 4 eggs, oil and 7-Up. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
