  • 2 pkt Refrigerated buttermilk Biscuits
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine -- Melted
  • 2 med Apples
  • 1/3 c. Walnuts -- minced
  • 1/4 c. Raisins

    Preheat oven to 400.

    Separate biscuits into 20 pcs.

    Combine sugar and cinnamon.

    Dip biscuits into melted butter, then roll in sugar mix.

    Arrange biscuits in Deep Dish Baker.

    Peel, core and slice apples into thin slices using the Apple Peeler/ Corer/Slicer.

    Cut slices in half.

    Place an apple slice between each biscuit and around outer edge of Deep Dish Baker.

    Chop nuts with Food Chopper.

    Mix nuts and raisins with remaining sugar mix and sprinkle over apples.

    Bake 25-30 min or possibly un til golden.
