- 1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. milk
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- cracker crumbs
- sliced apples (thin)
- sugar
- cinnamon
- about 3/4 stick melted oleo
Directions

1Mix melted oleo, egg yolks and milk very well.

2Add flour; work in well.

3Divide dough into 6 parts.

4Cool dough in refrigerator overnight or at least for an hour.

5Roll out on a floured cloth.

6This should be about as thin as you would roll out noodles.

7Sprinkle well with cracker crumbs, sliced apples (very thin), sugar and cinnamon.

8Dribble melted oleo over all this about 3/4 of a stick.

9Roll up.

10Grease well with melted oleo. Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour until golden brown.

11Again, grease well with oleo and sprinkle with sugar.

12Different things one can put with apples include raisins, coconut and pecans.

13Use 1/2 cup sugar.
