  • 1 c. apricot nectar
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Trim lamb and cut in 1-inch cubes.
