- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Trim lamb and cut in 1-inch cubes.
