- 1 1/2 fresh broccoli or 20 oz. pkg. frozen, cooked and drained
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. packaged biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. firm oleo or butter
Directions

1Heat 1-inch salted water to boiling.

2Add broccoli.

3Cover and heat to boiling.

4Cook until spears are almost tender, 10 to 12 minutes.

5Place drained broccoli in ungreased 1 1/2-quart round casserole.

6Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth. Pour over broccoli.

7Sprinkle with cheese.
