- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
- 2 lb. fish fillets
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley, basil or oregano
- 1 lemon or lime, thinly sliced
Directions

1Combine butter and lemon juice.

2Dip each fish fillet in butter mixture and arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper and parsley.

3Arrange lemon slices over fillets.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
