  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley, basil or oregano
  • 1 lemon or lime, thinly sliced

Directions

    Combine butter and lemon juice.

    Dip each fish fillet in butter mixture and arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper and parsley.

    Arrange lemon slices over fillets.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
