- 1 large can peach halves
- 1 large can apricot halves
- 1 large can pear halves
- 1 large can pitted Bing cherries (not pie filling)
- 2 boxes frozen whole or sliced strawberries, slightly thawed
- 1 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light rum (Bacardi)
- 1 large container sour cream
Directions

1Drain the first 4 fruits.

2(Reserve 1/2 cup of juice from one of the fruits.)

3Arrange fruits in a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish.

4Lay contents of 2 boxes of strawberries in center of fruits, butt side by side.

5Sprinkle fruit with 1 cup brown sugar.

6Add juice and rum.

7Let stand for 1 hour.

8Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes.

9Serve warm topped with sour cream.
