  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 5 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 cube butter
  • 1 can water chestnuts, cut up
  • 1 can drained mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Saute all vegetables in butter. Bring the water to a boil. Add chicken bouillon and 1 cup uncooked rice.

    Add vegetables and pour into casserole dish.

    Cook, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
