- 2 1/2 c. water
- 5 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 cube butter
- 1 can water chestnuts, cut up
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Saute all vegetables in butter. Bring the water to a boil. Add chicken bouillon and 1 cup uncooked rice.

2Add vegetables and pour into casserole dish.

3Cook, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
