  • 300 grams Beef round
  • 2 tbsp Red wine
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 use what you have Salad vegetables

Directions

    Mix together the seasonings.

    Season the beef with salt and pepper.

    Cook both sides of the steak in a pan with olive oil.

    Add the red wine and cook off the alcohol.

    Add the seasonings from Step 1 to the pan and let simmer a bit.

    Arrange any salad vegetables you have in your refrigerator onto a plate, then top with the beef to finish.
