- 34 cup margarine, softened
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 12 cups mashed ripe bananas
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 12 cup raisins
- 14 cup dried apricot
Directions

1Beat the margarine and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, scraping the bowl occasionally.

2Add the egg.

3Beat until blended.

4Stir in the oats, bananas, salt and cinnamon.

5Add the pecans, raisins, and apricots and mix well.

6Spoon the batter into a greased 9x13 pan.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

8Cool in pan on wire rack.

9Cut into 2 inch bars.
