Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
- 1 (5 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (26 oz.) bottle Heinz catsup
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- celery salt (sprinkle on top)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except sugar and catsup.

2Marinate brisket overnight (double-wrapped in foil).

3Put in oven at 200° to 250° for 10 to 12 hours.

4Remove from oven and pour liquid into saucepan.

5Add catsup and sugar.

6Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

7Serve over brisket.
