Barbecued Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
  • 1 (5 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (26 oz.) bottle Heinz catsup
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • celery salt (sprinkle on top)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except sugar and catsup.

    Marinate brisket overnight (double-wrapped in foil).

    Put in oven at 200° to 250° for 10 to 12 hours.

    Remove from oven and pour liquid into saucepan.

    Add catsup and sugar.

    Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

    Serve over brisket.
