  • 500 g blade steaks, cubed
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 12 cups mushrooms, halved
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 (45 g) packet maggi seasoning, beef bourguignon recipe mix
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200C Combine steak, onion, and mushrooms in an ovenproof dish.

    Stir in tomato paste.

    Combine water and recipe mix in a jug and pour over beef mixture.

    Cover dish with lid.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours or until steak is tender, stirring twice during cooking.
