- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 2 c. finely sliced celery
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. cream or half and half
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
Directions

1Brown beef in frypan until crumbly.

2Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole pan.

3Arrange thawed peas over meat.

4Cover with sliced celery.

5Mix soup, cream, salt, pepper and onion and pour over the celery.

6Sprinkle chips over all.

7Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
