Beef Casserole(Ching Delight)

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 c. finely sliced celery
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. cream or half and half
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips

    Brown beef in frypan until crumbly.

    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole pan.

    Arrange thawed peas over meat.

    Cover with sliced celery.

    Mix soup, cream, salt, pepper and onion and pour over the celery.

    Sprinkle chips over all.

    Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
