Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 pound sirloin or possibly top round cut Batonnette
  • 1 c. onions, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. paprika
  • 1/4 c. red wine
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 - 3/4 pound egg noodles

Directions

    Sear beef with garlic cloves (sliced), salt and pepper to taste.

    Leave meat rare.

    Remove from pan and set aside.

    To pan add in onions and saute/fry till translucent/soft.

    Add in paprika and red wine.

    Simmer for 2 min.

    Add in lowfat sour cream to pan.

    Return beef to the pan.

    Serve mix on bed of egg noodles.

    Sour dough bread and dinner salad finishing touches.

    Mushrooms may be added to sauce if you like.
