- 1 - 1 1/2 pound sirloin or possibly top round cut Batonnette
- 1 c. onions, minced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. paprika
- 1/4 c. red wine
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 - 3/4 pound egg noodles
Directions

1Sear beef with garlic cloves (sliced), salt and pepper to taste.

2Leave meat rare.

3Remove from pan and set aside.

4To pan add in onions and saute/fry till translucent/soft.

5Add in paprika and red wine.
-
6Simmer for 2 min.

7Add in lowfat sour cream to pan.

8Return beef to the pan.

9Serve mix on bed of egg noodles.

10Sour dough bread and dinner salad finishing touches.

11Mushrooms may be added to sauce if you like.
