- 2 c. bran in 2 c. hot water (let cool)
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 c. white sugar
- 4 c. Post Bran Flakes
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. Crisco oil
- 5 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. soda
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. raisins, dates or prunes, cooked in water and cool
Directions

1Stir all the ingredients together.

2Let set in fridge for 24 hours.

3Cook at 350° to 400° for 20 minutes.

4Will keep in fridge for 5 to 6 weeks.
