  • 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 2 pinch fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp dried marjoram
  • 4 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning

    trim off excess fat and butterfly breasts.

    combine all dry ingredients thoroughly.

    bread chicken breasts using up nearly all of the dry mixture.

    cook in 1/2 cup light olive oil over med-high heat for 2-3min per side or until breading is golden brown.
