- garlic salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 12 corn tortillas (6 inch)
- refried black beans
- 1/4 cup chopped peppers (jalapeno, serrano or bell)
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Mild Cheddar Flavor Shredded Pasteurized Process Cheddar Cheese Food
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- sour cream and cilantro (to garnish)
Directions

1Break eggs into shallow bowl; beat lightly.

2Mix in garlic salt and black pepper.

3Dip tortillas into egg mixture.

4Add, 1 at a time, to hot skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray; cook until golden brown on both sides.

5Remove from skillet.

6Spread 1/2 of the tortillas with beans; sprinkle evenly with peppers, VELVEETA, onion and tomato.

7Cover with remaining tortillas (to make sandwiches).

8Garnish with sour cream and cilantro.
