- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 7 1/2 lb. brisket
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Pour over meat and marinate for 6 hours. Cover and bake in sauce at 275° for 4 hours.

3Chill in refrigerator.

4Slice, heat in sauce and serve.

5(Always slice brisket on the diagonal.)
