- 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Saute cracker crumbs in 4 tablespoons butter; set aside.

2Cook broccoli until tender-crisp and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Melt remaining butter.

4Add onion; cook until soft.

5Add flour and mix. Add milk; cook until thickened.

6Add cheese, corn and 3 tablespoons sauteed crumbs.

7Mix and spread over broccoli.

8Top with remaining crumbs.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
