Broiled Salmon

- 4 salmon steaks
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped dill
Directions

1Put salmon steaks on a broiling pan.

2Mash the butter and work the lemon juice through it.

3Then lightly brush one side of steaks with this mixture.

4Sprinkle with half of the dill.

5Broil for 5 or 6 minutes on one side and then turn over carefully and spread rest of butter over the salmon and sprinkle rest of dill.

6Broil for 2 or 3 minutes.

7It is done when fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4 people.
