- 1 large steelhead fillet or 1 large salmon
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 a lemon, juice of
- salt & fresh ground pepper
Directions

1Rinse and thouroghly pat dry Steelhead or Salmon.

2Place skin side down on bake sheet that has been foiled and sprinkled with olive oil.

3Combine mayo, dill, seasoning, lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix with a wisk.

4Spread mixture evenly over the fish.

5Pre-heat the broiler.

6Place in the oven on the middle rack.

7Broil on high and check for doneness after 10 min.

8Test the center of the fillet with a fork, fish should flake easily.
