Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut up
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Buffalo sauce cup from Little Ceasers*

Directions

    In a skillet, on medium high heat, begin to cook chicken with the buffalo sauce.

    Cover as to keep the moisture in the pan so you don't have to use oil.

    Once chicken is completely white on the outside then add tomatoes, onions, and spices.

    Cover and allow to simmer for roughly 30 minutes, stirring every once in a while, or until vegetables are soft and onions translucent.

    If sauce begins to dissipate, add 1/2 cup of water.

    You can eat as is, or put in tortillas!
