- 1 lb Thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut up
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Buffalo sauce cup from Little Ceasers*
Directions

1In a skillet, on medium high heat, begin to cook chicken with the buffalo sauce.

2Cover as to keep the moisture in the pan so you don't have to use oil.

3Once chicken is completely white on the outside then add tomatoes, onions, and spices.

4Cover and allow to simmer for roughly 30 minutes, stirring every once in a while, or until vegetables are soft and onions translucent.

5If sauce begins to dissipate, add 1/2 cup of water.

6You can eat as is, or put in tortillas!
