- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In skillet over medium heat, cook sugar until caramelized, stirring occasionally to remove lumps.

3Pour into 9-inch ovenproof bowl to coat sides and bottom.

4In blender or medium bowl, beat eggs.

5Stir in Eagle Brand, milk, vanilla and salt.

6Pour into caramelized dish; set in larger pan.

7Fill pan with 1/2-inch of water.

8Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

9Cool completely.

10Loosen sides of flan with knife; turn out of pan to serve.

11Refrigerate leftovers.
