- 1 1/2 c. Crisco Oil
- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 2 c. plain Flour
- 3 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3 c. Grated Carrots
Directions

1Mix oil and sugar and beat well.

2Add eggs.

3Sift flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt two or three times.

4Add to creamed mixture.

5Add carrots, a small amount at a time.

6Bake in three 8 or 9 inch floured and greased pans at 325° for 45 minutes.
