  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco Oil
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. plain Flour
  • 3 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3 c. Grated Carrots

Directions

    Mix oil and sugar and beat well.

    Add eggs.

    Sift flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt two or three times.

    Add to creamed mixture.

    Add carrots, a small amount at a time.

    Bake in three 8 or 9 inch floured and greased pans at 325° for 45 minutes.
