  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 jars junior baby food carrots
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Cream together sugar and oil.

    Add carrots, eggs and pineapple. Sift rest of dry ingredients and add all ingredients together. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
