- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine oil and sugar; mix well.

3Sift together remaining dry ingredients.

4Add 1/2 of dry ingredients to sugar mixture.

6Add other dry ingredients alternately with eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each.
