- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. shredded carrots, packed
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients into large bowl twice.

2Make a hole in center and add beaten eggs and oil.

3Mix together well.

4Batter will be thick.

5Then add carrots; mix again well.

6Last, add nuts and vanilla.

7Bake in floured tube pan 1 hour at 325°.

8Frost with Cream Nut Frosting.
