- 2 whole Apples (pink Lady Works Well), Peeled, Cored And Chopped
- 1/4 cups Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Light Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt To Taste

1Using your peeler or a grater, shred carrots into a bowl.
