  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Lightly grease and flour three 8-inch cake pans; set aside. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.

    Blend until moistened; beat at medium-high speed for 4 minutes.

    Spread batter evenly in the three pans.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Let cool completely on wire rack.

    Ice with Celestial Snow Cake Icing.
