  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. Parkay margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. 100 percent natural Kraft shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped, peeled apples
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Add eggs, milk and margarine.

    Mix well.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Spoon into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350°, 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
