- butter (oleo)
- 1 c. cornflakes, crushed
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Freeze bread.

2Work with 2 slices at a time, keeping remainder in freezer.

3Cut off crust and cut into 4 strips.

4Dip each in butter and then coat with cornflakes and Parmesan cheese mixture. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° until browned.

5The only difficult part is cooking long enough to be crisp without burning.
