  • 1 large loaf sandwich bread
  • butter (oleo)
  • 1 c. cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Freeze bread.

    Work with 2 slices at a time, keeping remainder in freezer.

    Cut off crust and cut into 4 strips.

    Dip each in butter and then coat with cornflakes and Parmesan cheese mixture. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° until browned.

    The only difficult part is cooking long enough to be crisp without burning.
