- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- paprika
Directions

1Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain and mash.

2Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, onions, melted butter, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Spoon into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.

3Bake uncovered at 375° for 20 minutes.
