  • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 lb. skinned chicken breasts and thighs
  • paprika

Directions

    Put all ingredients except paprika in a cooking pot.

    Sprinkle with paprika and cover.

    Simmer on medium heat until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
