  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup prepared mustard
  • 1 cup liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 pounds chicken pieces bone-in, skin removed

    Mix first 9 ingredients in small saucepan. Heat and stir to liquefy.

    Roll each part of chicken in sauce. Place in a single layer in 9x13 inch pan. Bake, uncovered, in 375 degree oven for about 1 hour, until tender, spooning on any remaining sauce at half-time.
