- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 large bottle mushrooms, drained
- 2 1/4 c. Minute rice
- chicken pieces
- 1 pkg. dry Lipton soup (onion)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1In a saucepan heat butter, chicken soup, mushroom soup and mushrooms together until butter is melted.

2Stir often.

3Pour into casserole dish.

4Sprinkle the dry Minute rice on top.

5Place cleaned chicken pieces on top of rice.

6Sprinkle the dry Lipton onion soup mix over the top of the chicken.

7Cover well with foil. Bake at 325° for 2 1/2 hours.
