- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. frozen peas or 1 can peas, drained
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook chicken; remove bones and skin.

2Cut into pieces. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth.

3Melt butter in baking dish. Add 1/2 of stuffing mix.

4Layer chicken on top, then cream of chicken soup and peas.

5Cover all with the rest of stuffing. (Layer ingredients; do not mix.)

6Pour chicken broth over casserole.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
