- lettuce
- 1 can mandarin orange segments
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- chopped walnuts
- chow mein noodles
- Italian dressing

1Bake chicken breasts at 450° for 25 minutes.

2Cut into chunks; put in freezer to cool.

3On bed of lettuce, add orange segments, green pepper, chilled chicken and walnuts.
