  • 2 chicken breasts, boil in water about 20 minutes
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1 small can English peas
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 2 to 4 bouillon cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Put chicken pieces in buttered casserole dish. Cook vegetables in water until almost done, except onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and celery.

    Put vegetables on top of chicken and set aside.
