- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, deboned, cut into 4 pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
- 1 (14 oz.) can tomato wedges
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Salt and pepper chicken breasts and dip in flour.

2Saute in olive oil until browned.

3Add tomatoes, garlic, oregano and wine. Cook covered over medium heat for 25 minutes.

4Add mushrooms. Cook for 15 minutes more.

5Serve over white rice or pasta.
