- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 cut-up fryer or 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. water
- garlic salt, paprika, nutmeg and parsley to taste
Directions

1Spray a 10 x 13-inch casserole and place 6

2slices bacon on bottom to cover.

3Pour rice evenly over bacon.

4Place chicken over rice and sprinkle with spices.

5Mix soup and water and spread over chicken to cover.

6Top with heavy foil and place in 350° oven. Bake 2 hours.
