Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 hen, cooked, boned and cut into small pieces
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 2 c. stock from cooking hen
  • 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
  • 1 small box cut spaghetti (I use 10 oz.)
  • 1 (2 lb.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (2 lb.) can peas
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 garlic button
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 tomato paste can water

Directions

    Cook spaghetti in broth.

    Melt butter.

    Add chopped onion and garlic; let cook until limp.

    Add it and other ingredients to spaghetti except peas and cheese.

    Simmer for 30 minutes.

    Stir often and cook slowly as it sticks easily.

    Add peas.

    Before serving, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
