Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 hen or 2 fryers, cooked with onion
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked in broth in which chicken stewed
  • 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimento (add as many as you desire)
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 small jar olive slices
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 1/2 c. Velveeta
  • garlic salt to taste (if desired)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute the mushrooms, pepper, pimento, celery, olive slices and onion.

    Mix sauteed mixture, chicken pieces and spaghetti with the soups, Worcestershire sauce, Velveeta, garlic salt and salt and pepper.

    When well mixed, refrigerate.

    Cook 40 minutes at 250°. (May take longer if mixture remains in refrigerator several hours.)
