  • 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 2-3 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 (1 lb.) pkg. macaroni
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans chili beans
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce with bits
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
  • Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain off grease.

    Boil macaroni and drain.

    In a 5 quart saucepan combine meat, macaroni, chili beans, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chopped onion and Tabasco sauce to taste.

    Simmer on low heat until consistency desired.
