Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 8 oz. (1 c.) peanut butter
  • 1 small can (1 c.) coconut
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 block paraffin

Directions

    Mix all but last two ingredients together with hands and make into balls.

    Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in top of double boiler.
  3. 3
    Keep over hot water while dipping balls.

    Using toothpicks, dip balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper to set.
