  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. corn meal
  • 3 tsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell (deep dish)

Directions

    Blend first 4 ingredients by hand in medium size mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla; melt margarine and add slowly to other mixture.

    Blend well.

    Pour into pastry shell.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
