- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed cooked fresh pumpkin
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), coarsely chopped
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.

3Beat eggs, pumpkin, sugars, milk and oil in large bowl with whisk until blended.

4Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

5Stir in chocolate.

6Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.

7Bake 55 min.

8to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

9Cool 10 min.

10Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
