- 1 box chocolate cake mix without pudding
- 1 box chocolate instant pudding
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. chopped almonds (optional)
- 8 oz. chocolate chips
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients with electric mixer, except for chocolate chips and nuts, until well blended or for 2 minutes.

2Stir in some nuts and all of the chocolate chips.

3Put 1/2 cup of the nuts on the bottom of the 9 x 13-inch pan before pouring in the batter. Bake at 325° for 45 to 55 minutes.
